This Privacy Policy explains how CiferAI LLC, which operates the DIR ORACLE application under the CIFER STUDIO brand, collects, uses, stores, transfers, and deletes information in connection with the app.
01収集する情報What We Collect

We are committed to collecting as little information as reasonably necessary to operate DIR ORACLE.
お客様がアカウントを作成し利用される際、当社は以下の情報を安全なサーバー上に保存することがあります。
When you create and use an account, we may store the following information on secure servers:
- アカウント識別子 — Apple または Google でサインインする際に提供される一意の識別子、および使用されたサインインプロバイダー。
- 表示名 — アプリ内でお客様が入力を選択した名前。
- 性別・血液型・星座 — アプリがお客様のおみくじ結果を生成しマッチングするために、お客様が提供するプロフィール情報。
- おみくじ履歴 — アプリ内でお客様が引いたおみくじの記録。
- Account identifier — a unique identifier provided when you sign in with Apple or Google, together with the sign-in provider used.
- Display name — the name you choose to enter in the app.
- Gender, blood type, and star sign — profile details you provide so the app can generate and match your fortune result.
- Fortune history — records of the fortunes you have drawn within the app.
02収集しない情報What We Do Not Collect
当社は、DIR ORACLE を通じて以下の情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
We do not intentionally collect the following through DIR ORACLE:
- お客様の位置情報 — アプリは位置情報を要求または保存しません。
- お客様の完全な生年月日 — 星座はお客様のデバイス上で月日のみから計算され、完全な生年月日が当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

- Your location — the app does not request or store location data.
- Your full date of birth — your star sign is calculated on your device from the month and day only, and your full date of birth is not sent to our servers.
- Your email address — sign-in is handled by Apple and Google, and we do not store your email address unless you separately contact us.
- Analytics or advertising-tracker data — the app does not use third-party analytics SDKs or advertising trackers for behavioral profiling or ad targeting.
03サインインプロバイダーSign-In Providers
DIR ORACLE は、ユーザーの認証に Sign in with Apple および Sign in with Google を使用します。これらのプロバイダーはお客様の身元を確認し、アカウントが機能するよう一意の識別子を当社に返します。これらのサインインサービスのご利用には、各サービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
DIR ORACLE uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google to authenticate users. These providers verify your identity and return a unique identifier to us so that your account can function. Your use of those sign-in services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We use the information we hold only to operate, maintain, and improve the core functionality of DIR ORACLE.

- To authenticate your account and let you sign in securely.
- To match you with a DIR EN GREY song based on your fortune result and profile inputs.
- To save and display your fortune history within the app.
- To maintain app security, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations where necessary.
当社はお客様の個人情報を販売しません。当社は、広告目的またはアプリ間の行動追跡のためにお客様の個人情報を共有しません。
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for advertising purposes or cross-app behavioral tracking.
05処理の法的根拠Legal Bases for Processing

06データ処理・サービスプロバイダー・国際移転Data Processing, Service Providers & International Transfers

We use Google Firebase for app infrastructure, including authentication and database-related services. This means your information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf in order to operate the app. We do not authorize those providers to use your data for their own advertising purposes within DIR ORACLE.

Because these providers may operate infrastructure in multiple countries, your information may be processed on servers located outside your home country, including the United States. By using the app, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own, subject to applicable legal requirements. DIR ORACLE では、楽曲を YouTube および Spotify で開いたり、お客様のデバイスの標準的な共有機能を通じて、お客様が選択したプラットフォームに結果を共有したりすることができます。これらの機能のご利用を選択された場合、お客様は DIR ORACLE を離れ、当該サービス独自の規約およびプライバシーポリシーのもとで第三者サービスとやり取りすることになります。共有はお客様のデバイスによって開始され、当社は、お客様のデバイスまたは選択されたプラットフォームの通常の動作の範囲内で、要求された操作に必要な範囲を超えて、追加の個人情報をこれらのサービスに送信することはありません。当社は、CiferAI LLC が運営しない第三者サービスのコンテンツ、セキュリティ、またはプライバシー慣行について責任を負いません。
DIR ORACLE allows you to open songs in YouTube and Spotify, and to share your result through your device's standard share options to a platform you choose. When you choose to use these features, you leave DIR ORACLE and interact with a third-party service under that service's own terms and privacy policy. Sharing is initiated by your device, and we do not send additional personal information to those services beyond what is necessary for the requested action within the normal operation of your device or the selected platform. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services not operated by CiferAI LLC.
08データの保持と削除Data Retention and Deletion
当社は、お客様のアカウントが有効である限り、また法律でより長い保持期間が要求される場合を除き、本プライバシーポリシーに記載された目的のために合理的に必要な期間を超えない範囲で、お客様のアカウントデータを保持します。
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active, and for no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.

You can delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature, after a confirmation step. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you confirm, we delete your profile and fortune history, remove your sign-in account, and clear related data stored on your device. Limited copies may remain briefly in routine backups before being overwritten. We may retain limited information only where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce our rights, or maintain security. You may be asked to sign in again to complete deletion. If you are unable to access the app, you may also request account deletion by contacting us at info@cifer.ai, and we will process verified requests in accordance with applicable law. Temporary deactivation or loss of access is not the same as account deletion.
09お客様の権利Your Rights
お住まいの地域によっては、GDPR やタイの PDPA を含む適用されるデータ保護法のもとで、お客様には権利が認められる場合があります。これらの権利には、お客様の情報へのアクセス、訂正、更新、削除、特定の処理の制限、特定の処理への異議、情報のポータビリティの要求、および同意が処理の法的根拠である場合の同意の撤回を行う権利が含まれることがあります。
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and Thailand’s PDPA. These rights may include the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, object to certain processing, request portability of your information, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

DIR ORACLE is intended only for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age. If you believe that a person under 17 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.
11本プライバシーポリシーの変更Changes to This Privacy Policy
当社は、アプリの変更、法的要件、または運営上の慣行を反映するために、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合、当社は上記の「最終更新日」を更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内での追加の通知またはその他の適切な手段により通知します。更新後のプライバシーポリシーの発効後も DIR ORACLE のご利用を継続された場合、法律で認められる範囲において、お客様は改定後の版に同意したものとみなされます。
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or operational practices. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice within the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of DIR ORACLE after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect means you accept the revised version to the extent permitted by law.
