利用規約

本規約は、CIFER STUDIO ブランドのもとで DIR ORACLE アプリケーションを運営する CiferAI LLC とお客様との間の法的な合意です。DIR ORACLE にアクセスまたはご利用になることで、本規約に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and CiferAI LLC, which operates the DIR ORACLE application under the CIFER STUDIO brand. By accessing or using DIR ORACLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

01娯楽目的のみFor Entertainment Only

DIR ORACLE は娯楽目的のみで提供されます。おみくじ、託宣メッセージ、楽曲のマッチング結果は将来の出来事の予言ではなく、医療・法律・金融・心理に関する専門的な助言の代わりとなるものではありません。本アプリのコンテンツに基づいてお客様がとるいかなる行動も、お客様ご自身の責任において行われるものとします。

DIR ORACLE is provided for entertainment purposes only. Fortunes, oracle messages, and song matches are not predictions of future events and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any action you take based on content from the app is solely your responsibility.

02利用資格Eligibility

DIR ORACLE をご利用になるには、17歳以上である必要があります。本アプリをご利用になることで、お客様はこの条件を満たし、お住まいの地域で本アプリを利用することが法的に認められていることを表明し、保証するものとします。

You must be at least 17 years old to use DIR ORACLE. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to use the app in your jurisdiction.

03アカウントYour Account

お客様は Apple または Google を使用してサインインし、アカウントに関連付けられたデバイスおよびサインイン手段のセキュリティを維持する責任を負います。適用される法律で認められる範囲において、お客様はご自身のアカウントを通じて行われる行為について責任を負います。お客様はアプリ内からいつでもアカウントを削除でき、アプリにアクセスできない場合は、プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり削除リクエストを送信することができます。

You sign in using Apple or Google and are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and sign-in method associated with your account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through the app or, if you cannot access the app, by submitting a deletion request as described in the Privacy Policy.

04適切な利用Acceptable Use

お客様は、DIR ORACLE を不正に利用したり、その運営を妨害したり、不正アクセスを試みたり、適用される法令に違反して本アプリを利用したりしないことに同意するものとします。また、適用される法律で認められる場合を除き、本アプリの複製、スクレイピング、リバースエンジニアリング、妨害、または悪用を行わないことに同意するものとします。CIFER STUDIO は、不正利用、悪用、セキュリティ上のリスク、または本規約の違反に対処するために合理的に必要な場合、アクセスを停止または終了することがあります。

You agree not to misuse DIR ORACLE, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations. You also agree not to copy, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the app except as allowed by applicable law. CIFER STUDIO may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

05知的財産Intellectual Property

DIR EN GREY、その音楽、名称および関連する標章は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。DIR ORACLE は独立したファン向けアプリケーションであり、Spotify や YouTube などの公式サービスへユーザーをリンクするものであって、音楽ファイルをホスティングまたは配信するものではありません。第三者のコンテンツおよび他者が所有する権利を除き、本アプリのオリジナルのデザイン、テキスト、ソフトウェアその他のオリジナルコンテンツは、CIFER STUDIO が所有またはライセンスを受けています。本規約のいかなる規定も、知的財産権をお客様に譲渡するものではありません。

DIR EN GREY, its music, names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. DIR ORACLE is an independent fan-oriented application that links users to official services such as Spotify and YouTube and does not host or distribute music files. Except for third-party content and rights owned by others, the app's original design, text, software, and other original content are owned by or licensed to CIFER STUDIO. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

06第三者サービスThird-Party Services

本アプリは、YouTube、Spotify、Apple、Google、Firebase などの第三者サービスにリンクし、または連携することがあります。本アプリは、YouTube または Spotify で楽曲を開くことができ、お客様のデバイスの標準的な共有機能を通じて、お客様が選択したプラットフォームに結果を共有することができます。CIFER STUDIO は、第三者サービスの提供状況、コンテンツ、セキュリティ、または慣行を管理しておらず、責任を負いません。第三者サービスのご利用には、各サービスの規約、ポリシー、設定が適用されます。

The app may link to or interoperate with third-party services, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Google, and Firebase. The app can open a song in YouTube or Spotify, and lets you share your result through your device's standard share options to a platform you choose. CIFER STUDIO does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, policies, and settings.

07免責事項および責任の制限Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

DIR ORACLE は、法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な状態」で提供されます。CIFER STUDIO は、法律で禁止されている範囲を除き、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性、および中断のない提供に関する黙示の保証を含む、明示または黙示のすべての保証を否認します。法律で認められる最大限の範囲において、CIFER STUDIO は、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因または関連して生じる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的・懲罰的損害について一切の責任を負いません。本アプリのご利用はお客様自身の責任において行われます。

DIR ORACLE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. CIFER STUDIO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIFER STUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

08利用の終了Termination

お客様はいつでも本アプリのご利用を停止できます。CIFER STUDIO は、メンテナンス、法令遵守、セキュリティ、不正利用の防止、または運営上の理由のために合理的に必要な場合、お客様のアクセスを停止もしくは終了し、または本アプリの一部もしくは全部を中止することがあります。知的財産、免責事項、責任の制限、準拠法など、その性質上、終了後も存続すべき規定は、終了後も引き続き適用されます。

You may stop using the app at any time. CIFER STUDIO may suspend or terminate your access, or discontinue some or all of the app, where reasonably necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply after termination.

09本規約の変更Changes to These Terms

当社は、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。重要な変更は上記の「最終更新日」に反映され、適切な場合にはアプリ内での通知その他の合理的な手段によりお知らせします。改定後の規約の発効後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、法律で認められる範囲において、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the app after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

10準拠法Governing Law

本規約は、CIFER STUDIO ブランドのもとで DIR ORACLE を運営する CiferAI LLC（米国デラウェア州）によって提供されます。DIR ORACLE または本規約に関する紛争または請求は、お客様の居住地の強行法規により別段の定めがある場合を除き、運営者の管轄区域の適用法に従って処理されます。

These Terms are provided by CiferAI LLC, Delaware, USA, which operates DIR ORACLE under the CIFER STUDIO brand. Any dispute or claim relating to DIR ORACLE or these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law in the operator's jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your place of residence.
